This is the header that prints at the top of every registration sheet — fill it once.
My hounds
Enter whatever you have — only the name is required. The registration number is what links a hound's hunt records to you later; the litter enrollment number never prints anywhere, it just keeps littermates connected.

Your hounds at hunts
When a hound on your roster turns up on a hunt scored with The Standard, it shows up here. Say it's yours and that hunt record joins your kennel — one hound, one history, however many hunts it runs and whoever ran it. We never attach a hound to a kennel on our own: where the hunt sheet already has your kennel beside the dog, you can say so yourself; where it doesn't, one of us looks at it first.

Sold or moved a dog? Send its roster entry — and the record that follows it — to their account. Nothing moves until they accept, and either of you can back out before then.
Leasing a stud hound or brood bitch? The dog goes on THEIR roster to run — enter hunts, print registration sheets, keep the journal, stand him at stud in the Stud Book — while it stays yours. Nothing starts until they accept, and you can end the lease any time. The dog’s record stays with the dog for life either way.
Kennel partners
Hunt as a kennel with somebody else? Link your accounts: you each keep your own login and your own hounds, but you both see the whole string — in the roster and on printed sheets. They accept the invite from their account; that's the verification. Either of you can remove the link any time — people change kennels, and your hounds always stay your own.

Print a hunt registration
Pick the hunt, check the hounds you're taking, add each dog's number, class, and 1-Day Option if you know them — blank numbers are fine, you can write those at the box. Then print and hand it in. Done writing. Your sheet prints with a QR code — hunts scored on The Standard scan it and your hounds are registered in seconds, exactly as you typed them, no line and no re-typing. (Young hounds default to Derby; switch any to All Age if they're running up, or to Puppy for a puppy hunt — the sheet warns you if a hound over 2 is still marked Derby or Puppy.)

Every crossing at every Standard-scored hunt, kept for life and visible only to you, compared against the published page. Your record starts building the first time your hounds run a Standard-scored hunt — it'll be waiting when subscriptions open.
